Joseph Miller leads development, construction, and asset management at Runyon Group. Prior to founding Runyon he self-developed small-format mixed-use and residential projects in Los Angeles after beginning his career working in acquisitions and development at KOR, a vertically integrated real estate development and hotel company. Joseph has served as the Chair of the New Los Angeles Charter School and on the Boards of the Jewish Community Foundation Cutting Edge Grants and Camp Ramah in California. Joseph lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
David Fishbein leads leasing, project concepting, placemaking, and design at Runyon Group. Prior to founding Runyon, David founded and led retail brokerage and tenant advisory firm Innovative Retail Partners, where he was instrumental in establishing both Abbot Kinney in Los Angeles and Fillmore Street in San Francisco as contemporary retail destinations. He began his career as a retail consultant for Main Street Property in the Bay Area. David lives in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter, and dog Max.
Andrew Berger leads acquisitions and capital markets at Runyon Group. Prior to joining Runyon in 2026, he spent 14 years at Jamestown, a vertically integrated owner-operator, where he executed over $4.5 billion in transactions across retail, office, residential, and mixed-use investments throughout the U.S. and Europe. He also contributed to the asset management of a seven million square foot mixed-use portfolio in New York, including Chelsea Market, Industry City, and One Times Square, and served on the portfolio and fund management and investor relations team for a multi-billion-dollar open-end institutional fund. Andrew lives in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
