Erica Tanov is a Bay-Area based women’s designer recognized for her work with the finest fabrics and a tactful conveyance of craftsmanship and natural beauty in her designs. Complimenting her namesake label, Erica Tanov stocks her boutiques with an elevated selection of her favorite designers, unique apothecary finds, and vintage furniture. In addition to ROW DTLA, Erica Tanov has boutiques in Berkeley and Marin County.

Hightide Japan
With their love of all things retro and analog, Hightide is a celebrated Japanese staple for stationery and design. The company was established in 1994 by two friends – a Japanese surfer and a design aficionado – who sought to start a company based on the importance of personal, spiritual and emotional fulfillment. As the first store outside of Japan, Hightide’s shop at ROW DTLA will include a variety of international brands and products designed to engineer a creative home, office, or workspace.

Oak NYC is a cutting-edge retailer specializing in men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, and lifestyle accessories. Oak is best known for their black, high-end, minimalist aesthetic for a downtown crowd.
