Runyon is pleased to announce that famed San Francisco patisserie Craftsman and Wolves will be joining the dynamic mix of chefs and merchants at PLATFORM Hayden Tract. Under the direction of James Beard nominated Chef William Werner, Craftsman and Wolves will offer an ever changing menu of breakfast pastries, cakes, confections, desserts, and other savory fare.
The patisserie has garnered regional and national acclaim from the likes of GQ Magazine, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, and The Wall Street Journal. Craftsman and Wolves at PLATFORM will open in Summer 2015 and will feature a sophisticated, contemporary design paired with a wrap around garden patio.
